These clinics are designed to help students level up their skill set with some extra time and attention given to each individual. Join us for these upcoming clinics that will help you polish and improve your pole skills!

Small Group Choreo Clinic with Ally
Saturday, 10th May
12:10-1:10 pm

60 minutes, £20/pp

In this small group (6 person max) clinic, we will spend time breaking down and drilling specific pole dance moves (e.g., diamond rolls, shoulder rolls, body waves, toe glides, leg waves, and requested moves). Each student will have their own pole and will get individual attention from the Instructor to help them with their technique. At the end of class, students will work on dancing through the moves and putting them together into a short routine. This clinic is perfect for anyone who prefers a small group environment, is new to the dance side of pole, or who would like extra time and attention to work on their style and technique.

Handspring Clinic with Ray
Sunday, 18th May

​

In this clinic, you will work on the strength-building drills, technique, and body positioning for all types of pole handsprings. This workshop will break down the steps and tips needed for unlocking or improving upon your handsprings and will leave you with conditioning drills to take into your own pole practice so that you can continue working on your handspring strength. 

Prerequisites: Inversions from the ground and extended butterfly/inverted D

Freestyle Flow Clinic with Livvy

Saturday, 21st June

12:15-1:30 pm

This is a freestyle-focused clinic designed to help you feel more confident expressing yourself without taught choreography. You’ll explore musicality, movement, and performance presence while discovering new ways to transition and flow. The structure is a mix of guided exploration and open freestyle, with lots of support and encouragement throughout! Whether you're new to freestyling or looking to break out of your usual patterns, you'll leave feeling inspired + more comfortable in your own flow. 
 

Prerequisites: Have attended at least 2 pole dance/choreography classes.

Inversion Clinic with Cassie

Sunday, 13th July

10:00-11:15 am

​

This Inversion Clinic is designed to help you finally nail going upside down! This is perfect for anyone who has been struggling with their inversions, is new to inverting, or wants to learn techniques to strengthen and clean up their inversion. You will be guided through exercises specific to building strength for inversions, as well as given a variety of techniques for getting your hips over your head. Those who already have their inversion will be taught how to use more lift and less momentum, as well as techniques for making your inversions look clean and beautiful. Alternative options for getting upside down will also be offered for those times when you're just too tired or your strength isn't quite there.

Prerequisites: Have attended at least 4 Intro to Pole classes or have prior pole experience and be able to execute 3 pole tucks and fan kick using the pole. 

 


Spin Pole Choreo Clinic with Lucy

Saturday, 9th August

75 mins, £25/pp

​

In this clinic, you'll learn a choreographed routine dedicated specifically to spin pole. You will learn how to flow through dance moves while the pole is in its spin setting, capitalising on the additional momentum and movement. You'll also spend time learning some level-appropriate spin pole tricks and combos and how to flow in and out of them beautifully so that they can be incorporated into the routine. This is perfect for any spin pole lovers, those who want to increase their dance abilities on spin pole, and anyone who is interested in performing someday! Multiple levels will be offered for the tricks portion of this clinic. 

​

Prerequisites: At least 2 pole choreography classes and 2 Level 1 or Mixed Level Spin Pole classes, or prior spin pole/dance experience.

Dan Rosen is a world-famous pole star and content creator (@polelols). Dan has many competition titles under his belt and has been lucky enough to travel internationally teaching his signature pole workshops. Join us on Sunday, 1st June for two heels-based workshops with Dan!

"Heels Flow"
This is  a choreo class which will put your sexy side to the test. Come and learn one of Dan's signature heels flow choreo routines which he will teach in this 1.5 hour class
This class is suitable for all levels and includes some basic pole but is more focused on dance and base pole work.

"Heels Flow, Tricks, and Sequences"

This is a technique based class where Dan will teach us some of his favourite tricks, flows, and sequences. This class will cover a range of movements from handstands, kips, shoulderstand work, basework flows, and more. So if you want some inspiration to spice up your next heels choreo this is the class for you!
